Have Fun Flying

You’re a jet-setting go-getter and always put those frequent flyer miles to good use. But with endless lines, flight delays and lost luggage, traveling remains stressful and time-consuming. Airport lounges are a great way to stay on task while enjoying amenities like free fruit, Internet and spacious bathrooms. So why should women seek out a lounge?

“If you travel for work, having access to a lounge really ups your productivity,” says Erica Dublin, CEO of women’s travel site SeeJaneFly.com. “Lounges give you access to meeting rooms, office stations and Wi-Fi – everything you need to keep plugging away with no interruptions.”

Dublin adds that some lounges let you pay with miles and a one-year membership with Priority Pass gives you access to more than 600 lounges in 300 cities.

“Traveling can be tough, and feeling pampered makes it a lot more fun,” she says. “If you are on the road more than twice a month, consider yourself a road warrior and be treated like one.”
