Green & Gorgeous
You’re about as green as it gets – with all the recycling, locally-grown food and eco-friendly home products. There’s only one thing you’re missing: clothes made for the professional woman and her earth-friendly lifestyle. You need a wardrobe to reflect not only your professionalism, but your fashionable sustainability. Ready to save the Earth, one outfit at a time?
Here are some ways to get started: Skirts and sheath dresses made from organic materials will make you feel great while you’re doing the planet some good.
Beyond Skin, a vegan shoe line, designs women’s shoes that are made of 70 percent post-consumer materials, with fun colors and all leather-free styles.
Need a handbag that’s environmentally friendly and fashionable? Joe Hynek, a Mechanical Engineering student from Iowa State University, designed a handbag covered in solar panels, so you can instantly re-charge your mobile phone or MP3 no matter where you are.
While Makeup lines like Stila and Bare Escentuals offer refillable cosmetic casings, M·A·C accepts returns of its packaging through the Back to M·A·C Program. When you return six of your empty M.A.C bottles, tubes or compacts to a M.A.C counter or maccosmetics.com, you’ll receive a free M.A.C lipstick of your choice.
Bonus PINK Link: Now that you’re green from head-to-toe, check out how to make your business eco-friendly.

scent
For something fabulous, try wholearth by Danny Seo - he makes perfume and bath products that are certified organic. They are wonderful. Oh, and they are just about the same cost as any other scent. So, you can be green and smell great too!
Green Couture
Hey there! I'm always thrilled to hear about green products, but perhaps you could focus on products that are actually affordable? I'm sure there are a few of us who can afford a $525 mini skirt - which was cute as a button by the way - but most of us have more modest means.

sustainability cloth - $525 skirt - how sustainable is this
sustainability cloth - $525 skirt - how sustainable is this for general public especially in this economy. To some, $525 is a month rent or food. So much as I try to be green in most of my living. This is an area where is ridiculously expensive. I don't believe it has to be this way. all about $$$ - how disappointing.
Give it some time
Like anything when it's the "new" thing it's very expensive. Like eco-friendly homes and even organic food...it always cost more to do the right thing. In time the prices will lower and until then you'll have to pay a little more to wear sustainable clothing.
